Earth Day is this Sunday – and while getting outside and planting a tree is probably the most popular way to celebrate, some people are handier with a glue gun than they are with a shovel. VINTAGE TEACUP CANDLES
You’ve probably seen fancy candles like these selling for exorbitant prices, but you can make your own for just a few bucks. Just use teacups you already own or pick up a few at your local thrift shop for a sweet-smelling treat for yourself or to give as a gift.
WINE CORK STAMPS
By far one of the easiest DIY projects we’ve seen and one that is also suitable for youngsters, these wine cork stamps are just as fun to make as they are to use. After you’re done, you can continue the crafting fun by creating cards utilizing your freshly carved stamps!
MASON JAR HERB GARDEN
Ideal for spaghetti sauce lovers, this DIY herb garden puts old jars to a great new use. Following these simple steps (shared with us by eco-model Summer Rayne Oakes), you can make your vertical garden as petite or as expansive as you prefer.
